                       We all get caught in mind traps sometimes.  Mind Traps are also known as ‘thinking errors’, ‘negative automatic thoughts’, or ‘unhelpful thoughts’ because they are often inaccurate, critical, or  simply unhelpful. Mind traps can consume your thinking, including what you pay attention to, and impact how you feel, and your decision-making and actions.  You can fall into mind traps at any time, but you’re more likely to when under stress.
